My son, 22 months old, had running nose, sneezing and watery eyes 2 days back, which made him uncomfortable in the evening, so I took him to a nearby general doctor who gave him a injection and prescribed Gladif 100 dry syrup and glamol Ds. I didn't give him glamol Ds has it was a paracetamol and my son didn't have any fever. But the cold is getting worse and he is getting congested and coughing through the night now. What am I supposed to do? Please help.
