HI, I sleep well. Though I have dark circles all around my eyes. It never goes. My face is getting pimples always .one comes and goes then the other .that seems to be like a routine and and my face is ruined. When my cheeks gets rid of pimples then starts on the forehead. Then the marks .it completely ruins my confidence though I try to ignore things. Any advice I can have?

Hi Lybrate user, pimples /acne is infection & inflammation of glands which are present in skin of face. All this pathology happens due to bouncing teenage hormones & blood impurities. So it is advised to take proper medicines with expert advice. Follow these tips to reduce pimples - don't eat oily, spicy, sour food - avoid fast food, junk food, fermented foods like idli, dosa - avoid bakery products - take 7 to 8 hours sound sleep - wash face 4 to 5 times daily with herbal soap - drink atleast 3 litre of water per day. - exercise & pranayama will reduce symptoms.
