I am 28 years old, unmarried .I took ish pelvis scan yesterday. My regular period falls on 20th. My cycle is regular but very excess bleeding every month since puberty. My report says 1.both ovaries show echogenic stroma and multiple small peripheral follicles, 2.bilateral normal sized ovaries with few polycystic feature (rt ovary measure: vol-8.1 ml, left ovary measure: vol-6.9 ml) 3.minimal fluid in p.o.d.I'm really scared after seeing this report. Please explain me about this issue. Can it be cured 100% by pills? Doctor advised me to take usg pelvis scan, cbc, thyroid test and blood sugar. I have updated my scan report alone above.

It's looking like pcod but not very severe one but that's ok. What is your height weight. It can not be cured by medication but by healthy lifestyle. Direct contact me for further guidance. Your scan is ok other than pcod features.
