I have got some black spots after microneedling, Dr. suggested me to Melrio cream which has the content of hydroquinone 20 mg, tretinoinUSP 0.25 mg,fluticasone propionate 0.50 mg .so is it safe to use? As I have heart a lott of negative things about hydroquinone so will it turn my skin more black?
