Generally I am having two hot glass of water daily morning And my wait has been reduced to 76kgs from 80kgs in 2months time Is it good or bad.

Hot water decrease weight. But also aggrevates pitta in body which can increase your blood pressure. But you are also overweight so prefer to drink luke warm water in mid day time and do brisk walk 2 km daily it will help u. Take care.
