I have noticed a tiny, hard, very mobile lump in my upper armpit on the right hand side. It is about 4-6 mm in diameter. I think it might be a lymph node but I am not sure if it is a cause for concern that I can feel it? It is at the 2 oclock position on my right armpit, and I can only feel it when I pinch the skin. Does this sound normal? I have been prodding the area a lot recently and don?t know if this may have made the node so noticeable?
