Hello doctor, last few months I had a hamstring injury in my left leg and by doctors help it did get much better ,but I think I still have sciatica pain not much but yes it strikes me often .so now I want start jumping ropes therefore can you please sugest some warm ups before I do that and a also how frequent I should be doing it to prevent further injury.
