Mu wife had ectopic pregnancy in last nov and had an operation to remove the same. Please advice when we can try for a next pregnancy and what all percuations we have to take

You can try for pregnancy after 3 months after the operation. Please remember, after one ectopic, chance of having 2nd ectopic increases by 10% but there is 40% chance of having a live baby in next pregnancy. There are nothing much precautions to follow except that you should consult your gynaecologist to find out the cause of the ectopic, if any cause is found (like infection, endometriosis etc). If the cause is found, that should be treated. Otherwise, you should try for natural conception and consult doctor as soon as she misses period, as there is need of very close monitoring in next pregnancy. Wishing you all the best
