I'm an engineering student doing my 2nd year of course in chennai. I'm staying with my friends here in chennai. In this recent past because of the hotel foods which I consume every single day I personally feel that there is something wrong with my health. As a student away from home hotels are my only source of food but with a proper diet or a healthy diet can help me compensate the ill effects of the hotel food. So I request you to suggest me a suitable diet for my age.

You are in Chennai..so you have option to have south indian dishes like idly, dhosa, uttapam...which are too much healthy.at breakfast and evening snacks have fresh fruit salad,bread toast with jam/butter,boiled egg, packed chirwa, momo these are healthy than your hostel made foods .take adequate amount of water.
