I am doing work out in the morning. I am avoiding all the fat snacks and sweets. My whole body is ok. This look like perfect figure. Bt the main problem is my tummy. I have stomach fat. I can't burns this fat. Even I drink hot water with lemon and honey in the morning in empty stomach. At that time what food I need to consume and what medicine I need to take. What should I do sir? I am very tensed about it. Please give me some do's and do nots that can help me to reduce belly fat. Hope you'll help me. Thank you.
