Dear Mr. lybrate-user, pain in arms and/or hands while or after sneezing can be a sign of a pinching nerve. When you sneeze, the pressure in your upper body increases, causing the already compromised nerves to compress even more. This causes pain. I advise you to see an Orthopaedic surgeon to rule out any vertebra or disc related issue. Also you can see a Physiotherapist to improve your neck mobilty and nerve tension.
