I am 23 year old. One dog scratched me 7 year before, that time I didn't take any vaccine, still I not face any symptoms, but it can be expose after 15 to 20 year ,so if I take vaccine now ,will be it help full for future safety?

Normally if the scratch broke or punctured your skin then you need a tetanus shot not rabies vaccine, as rabbies mostly spread by a bite. So please head to a general physician nearby and let him evaluate you and finally get a tetanus shot for future purpose also.
