I am 26 year old man. Am too much try to becoming to fat but use I need little more fat what can I do? Please help me.

1st you should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take high protein diet like whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and. Stuffed parantha like paneer or potato parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits, potato. Jaggery. Rice kheer. Sprouted chana. *in sleeping time warm milk with honey. *consume dry fruits. Its best for weight gain. *avoid junk food. *you should take proper sound sleep. Take 2.2 spoon ashwgandha powder in morning and night with milk.
