Since you have stopped using Gutka the effect of SM fibro will take effect within few weeks. You should be regular with the follow up with your doctor. If the Fibrosis resolves then there is no need of doing anything else but if there is little effect of the tablet then you might need to go for surgical procedure which will be explained to you by the doctor. You must not ever start Gutka if you want the complete healing.
