I have frequent sneezing due to allergy. I am also asthmatic. I have been taking Montek LC as recommended by my doctor. I feel tired, exhausted and sleepy due to the medicine. I have also tried alternate therapy like neti, homeopathic medicines. What would be the long term and safe method of treatment
