Im a 24 year old female. Trying to conceive since 3 months. I ovulated on 9/11/2018 on day 16 of the cycle. Started having brown infrequent spotting on 18/11/2018 for almost 4 days. Took a beta hcg on day 21 of cycle while still spotting and the levels were .117nIu/ml. No signs of periods on day 30 of cycle. Currently experiencing intermittent nausea and very gassy. Taking Naturogest 300 SR tablet OD. Is there a chance for pregnancy? Was the test results negative due to checking too early?

Yes it can be negative because you checked early. You should wait for 15 days more and than check with first urine of morning.
