I carried out a home pregnancy test that showed I was pregnant, so I decided to get pills and I took 6 nasoclear tablets had cramps, fever and diarrhea however no blood. I therefore decided to do a medical checkup and found out I wasn't pregnant. Will the tablets delay my menstruation periods?

Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.
