Hi, I am feeling tired everyday I wake up or come from classes in the evening. I can't even concentrate on my studies. I feel stressed everyday and don't know why but my sleep opens in the night sometimes too. I go to my classes in the noon at 12 p.m. And return at 8.30 p.m. I took breakfast and then directly dinner because I stay in hostel, food here is prepared after 12 p.m. So I have to skip lunch. I feel nervous on small things too and can't control my mind and feel stressed. please can you help me to solve these.

This is absolutely wrong that you are skipping meals. That itself can make you weak. Though you stay in hostel, you can grab some healthy options with you to munch in between.
