I am 59 year old Suffering from pilonidal sinus of 6.4 cm going towards sacral bone and 0.5 cm of collection is there acc to mri reports went through kshara sutra but track is not healed it has been 3 months my doctor last week told me that granulation is seen infection is still there please help why it is not healing and what should I do please tell me the best doctor's name and address please help me.
