I have fat thighs and butt, and moderate upper body, I want to tone my body and lose some weight, but because of my office routine I cannot workout, except on weekends. Can you suggest some diet tips and other do's ans don'ts to manage my target with this sedentary routine? Also, does amount of sleep effect weight loss/gain?

Avoid junk food drink plenty of water use stairs do yoga stertching in morning or any sutaible time if possible do exercise at night have controlled eathig habits eat less have food at multiple time low carb high protein diet.
