My daughter is 3 and half years old and while running and sometime in night complaints pain in the abdomen. Shown to few doctors earlier, who diagnosed it with worms however, it work for some days and again after 15-20 days daughter says Pain. Keep on happening from last 3 months now. Pain comes for 2-4 mins and then goes off. What should I do?

For the treatment of worm infestation-Washing one?s hands thoroughly with soap and water before a meal should be done even if the child uses a spoon, knife and fork for eating. Teach your child to wash his hands thoroughly after going to the toilet. Food should be eaten the same day it is cooked. Even if reheated. Take care to reheat properly. Mebendazole or albendazole is used for the treatment. If required treatment can be repeated after 2 weeks. Hope this answer helped you.
