I am having dry cough and little bit of weakness for 5 days. It started after I had air travel and had been out of Delhi for 4 days. I had mild fever on the first day. The fever subsided but the cough is still there. I had taken cough syrup and done steam inhalation and gurgle with warm salt water. Though the cough is much better now, I am having lowered sense of smell and taste. My appetite is normal. Kindly suggest if I should take some medicines or antibiotics.
