I am 23 young man 5 months ago on 4th of June I had nervous breakdown and it has caused massive panic attacks depression and intensive identity crisis attacks and strong uncontrollable thoughts of suicide, although I'slowly recovered each day but the nervous breakdown left me traumatised to the extend that I am living fear that may be it might happen again.
