I am have many health problem like high BP joint pain sex problem due to addiction of watching porn. Sir I want to end my habit. Please tell me medicine which control me. I continuously watching porn. I cannot stop myself.

Do meditation for mental strength daily to increase your focus and willpower to quit porn watching. Whenever thoughts of porn comes to your mind, replace these thoughts by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that these thoughts are not good for health and sex.
