Hi, What should I do so that my muscle would recover completely post workout? Few people have suggested me to take omega 3 fatty acids fish oil for recovery. Would this recover my muscle quickly?

You are too young, you can easily digest protein rich meal. You can add high protein rich meal likewise egg, milk and other dairy products etc. Take proper intake of water and beverages. You can also add juices or buttermilk for proper detoxification. Add soy chunks and drumstick to your pattern, a rich source of protein. Boiled legumes also will help you to regain healthy muscles mass.
