I am 44 years old from the past 1 years 3 months I am suffering from both breast and nipple pain. Two times I have done sonomemography in nov 2017 and in August 2018. And the result was bilateral minimal duct ectasia and few tiny scattered anechoic cysts are seen in right breast measuring 3 mm at 3 o clock position continuously for 2 months I am taking evion forte and tab vivrose contain evening primrose oil. But recently again the pain started more pain I have left side of my breast. And right side near the nipple I saw yellow discharge both my breast nipple have become like swelling clogged with milk dot. My surgeon told itcis nodular breast. I am worried. Is it fibrocystic. Pl suggest me clearly from breast experts.
