Feel stressed on others problems there lot of adrenaline released in body it feels like hypertension shoot up to 190/105 often. Otherwise it is on 150-160/80-90 Having main problem of Neurogenic Claudication between L3 L4 THS is 1 something. Lipids are 190 Sugar mostly 70-110 N.Claudication causes mostly right leg numbness could not walk more than 200 meters Ankle is stressed most. My problem is mostly financial and sex related. Suggest me the lab tests and exercise and other recommendations please.
