My age is 21 and I work in retail as salesperson. My job is 8 hrs standing job. I will just have morning tea, lunch and dinner that's it in a day. I won't touch anything inbetween but still my weight is increasing and i am getting tyre. My tummy is increasing its size. Can anyojne suggest me with this problem.
