Honey is sugar with a little water mixed in. Empty calories, but not very harmful. Lemon juice has some vitamin C and other nutrients. It?s fine, but kind of sour Aloe vera juice is possibly dangerous. It can cause dehydration, lack of muscle control, damage to the intestines, diarrhea and, possibly, cancer. It has no verified health benefits at all.[1] And, as others have pointed out, you don?t want a boosted immune system.
