Hi, I AM 72 years. I experience pain in my ears during takeoff and landing of flight. What is to be done to reduce the pain.

You are having Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. You could either use chewing gum during takeoff and landing or use a pair of earplugs for the entire duration of the flight.
