Hi. I scared about my fibroadenoma because I feel pain everyday. What is the best remedy for the pain? Does the estrogen level is the reason? Thank you very much.

There is no exact cause known for this disorder. Someatudies suggest estrogen may be a cause. Currently in Western medicine there is no preventive measures, although if we look by ayurveda you may prevent it by following proper lifestyle and healthy diet which doesn't contain too much fats and refined carbohydrates. But best is to get it surgically removed.
