I have been suffering from a continuous mild stomach from last one month. At first the it was a mild pain throughout the day, but it was bearable but from last one week the pain became severe in the morning and also at some other times during the day also. There for made a change in my routine, I starter drinking a glass a luke warm water with some lemon in it. And a little yoga. This gave me relief for the day time. But still every morning with empty stomach, I feel severe pain (bearable)

You may have to meet the Gastroenterologist and get a GI Scopy done, to rule out any abnormalities in the stomach or ulcers. Get it done asap.

Treatment Sports drinks. Clear, non-caffeinated sodas such as 7-Up, Sprite or ginger ale. Diluted juices such as apple, grape, cherry or cranberry (avoid citrus juices) Clear soup broth or bullion. Popsicles. Decaffeinated tea.
