Hello, I have a query on pimple like substance or fat or blackhead like substance on my testicle skin. Its not on either of the testicles but below testicles under it the skin has a pimple like substance. Its been there since years and I do not feel any pain. When I touch it I feel like a small substance kind of thing. Not sure its a fat like substance because I had in my body two of them which I removed from hand and thigh 3 years back. It was small initially but I think now its showing a little bit like a pimple over the skin. I can send in a pic in private to see how it looks if thats ok. Kindly advise. Thanks in Advance.
