Hi, My age is 24 and I have a 24 million sperm count and I also have 2-3 pus cells. But otherwise my intimating timing is fine overall and my penis erection is also fine. I want to know how much sperm count should be sufficient for pregnancy. I have a doubt that I was taking some gym supplements one year ago. Do they have any bad effect on my sperm count.
