Gall bladder shows normal physiologic distension with clear, echolucent contents. No evidence of Cholelithiasis or cholecystitis is seen. CBD is normal. No calculi. Pancreas normal in size. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. retroperitoneal is normal. No evident ascites is seen. Spleen is normal in size (11. 7 cm), contour and echogenicity. Bilateral kidneys are normal in size. Renal echogenicity, CM differentiation and outline are normal. No evidence of hydronephrosis or calculi. Urinary bladder is partially distended. Wall thickness is normal. No calculi or mass. Prostrate is normal. Volume-13gms. Impression: Borderline Hepatomegaly.
