How to boost immunity. As I get sick very often like just by travelling etc. Please suggest.

Dear lybrateuser, - To boost your immunity you have to lead a healthy lifestyle which includes, - a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, legumes, pulses, tofu, sprouts,nuts - add a protein rich food with each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to your protein content - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, yoga to keep fit - sleep well for at least 7-8 hours at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - de-stress by doing yoga, meditation, listening to music or by following a hobby - a healthy & positive lifestyle is the key to a strong immunity.
