I face many a times a large ulcer behind my last third molar tooth(wisdom tooth) while brushing my teeth. But it becomes so painfull after one or two days and involves all teeth and make them hypersensitized and i feel pain even while chewing food. That ulcer also involve left internal ear(if ulcer occures at left side) and i feel some mild pain inside the left internal ear. What will be the probable diagnosis or to way of getting rid of this oftenly occurring problem.

What is your age? how often you have such issues? Seems to be a wisdom tooth problem. Again you need a dental check-up for precise advice.

Probably it may be a traumatic ulcer. Either go for selective grinding of sharp edges of tooth or go for extraction .

Hi..my advice is to get that 3rd molar tooth extracted at its earliest because it might cause bigger problems than ulcer...so get that tooth removed and you would be fine...
