Hello I am a 20 year old female who has been suffering with a chronic (24/7) headache for 9 years. I have had blood tests and a MRI which both turned up normal. I have asperger and because of the hypersensitivity, of the tongue and throat area this comes with, a rather limited diet with few/no fruits or vegetables. I exercise regularly and sleep for 6-10 hours a night depending on circumstances. I have an astigmatism and wear glasses because of this. I spend most of my day at the computer but take regular breaks. The headache is a dull ache that feels as if my brain is in a vice which increases in magnitude in stressful situations, during my period and in loud environments as I am also sensitive to sound. I've been suffering for 9 years and I cannot cope with the pain I want to live my life but I can't do anything I want to when I can't concentrate because of the constant pain.
