Hello doctor, I am 40 years old women from 15 days I am having burning sensation near neck, head and palm, I feel very hot and excessive sweating in my face n neck every time I feel very sleepy and dull the whole day I can't open my eyes clearly and I have a gland below my ear on right side of neck. Please reply what does this indicates. Thanks.
