Hi I have pimples issue since last 3 yrs. I have tried everything .my previous dermatologist gave me accutane. Which stopped my pimples for almost 6 months but after stopping this. Medicine I have again started getting. Pimples.i tested pcod which came negative .please suggest should I go for. Any zinc, blood or vitamin deficiency test or any other test. I know problem is internal and I want to find the root cause as I m.tired of trying everything.

Acnes are because of some internal problem. By applying soap/ face wash/ ointments, its not going to get treated. As soap etc only remove dust etc on external surface. To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars. Simple Honey Mask Before applying this mask, rinse your face with warm water to open up pores.
