My friend 26 year old diagnosed with scabies past 6 months back. She took treatment like iversafe cream (ivermectin 1%) and ivicop tablet. She got rid of burrows and small blister but after treatment also there are pimple like rash near her armpit have not gone. She suffers from intense itching post 6 pm and in the morning. Also these pimple like appear to dry in between but as her menstrual flow days come near these pimples starts appearing more reddish and pinkish with intense itching. What could be the possible diagnosis and treatment for this?
