I'm 5'6" and weigh about 70 kilos. I run about 4 km everyday and enjoy it to the fullest. I've been told that running daily weakens the muscles and should not run so much. Above this I'm strictly vegetarian. Am I doing things right or am I going wrong in exercising this way?

Fast running is not advisable for common person, slow is ok for 20-30 minutes two times daily along with this do yoga also.
