I sit about 6 hours of my day in front of computer and I feel stress in my eyes when I use mobile phone at nights. I feel like my eyesight is getting weaker each day. Is there any suggestions to keep my vision healthy.

Overuse of social media & computers itself is hazardous. You should relax every hour for 5 minutes while working. Get up from the chair, take little walk, stretch your body etc will be helpful. Try to wash your eyes with water little often. Turn your eyeballs in clockwise & anticlockwise direction. Blinking of eyes too often while working with computers & mobile is necessary. Try to stay away from mobile at least an hour before sleep. Washing your eyes dipped in bowl filled with water or with the use of an eyecup will be beneficial.
