Protect yourself from the sun. Drink plenty of water. Eat foods with antioxidants, dry fruits ,green vegetables, inculde salad in your diet, milk in night Eat a healthy diet, sleep atleast 7 to 8 hr daily ,do yoga or exercise, use moisturizer cream after face wash or aloeveera gel.
