On my back side various black spots are making and now spots are spreading on my arms also. First, acnes were made. 2nd, it turns into rashes and made the surface rough. If I rub then it feels a notched poking sensation from the middle of the acne. THIRD, it becomes dry and dormant. FINALLY, it made a black spot. Now this procedure is keep going on my backside and the both of upper arms. I've been facing the acne problems for 5 yrs, did lots of treatment in various place, applied many creams, completed many drug doses but no one couldn't cure it permanently instead of the partially vanished.

You take Sulphur 200/ 1 dose for one day only. Acnes are because of some internal problem. By applying soap/ face wash/ ointments, its not goona be treated. As soap etc only remove dust etc on external surface. To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. For permanent cure you need constitutional medicines, for that I need detailed case history.
