I am suffering from sciatica for the last 6 months. Tried back exercises and muscle relaxants. The condition is due to L4/L5 disc herniation. Kindly advice.

Herniated disc is likely to have a course with repetitive episodes of back and leg pain. It is important to avoid postures that may complicate the situation.
