Hi, I am 46 years old with 5.4 inch height. I have diabetes since last 6 years and it is under control due to diet and exercise range 130 - 150 in random, fasting and fed. Take Glycomet GP1 half tablet before food, twice a day, same brand, same company since last 6 years. Sugar Level never exceeded more than 160 in last 6 years. Weight remain between 50 - 54 kgs in last 10 years. Whether need to increase weight or not necessary, if yes then how. No bad habits, including tobacco, smoking, drinks, no vegs etc.
