B/L PCOD means bilateral poly cystic ovarian disease. Bilateral means both ovaries. Normal ovarian volume in the menstruating females is 5-15 cc, with an approximate mean of 10 cc; however, measurements as high as 22 cc have been reported in normal ovaries.
