Hi Doctor, I recently got my eye checked up and found -.75 in one eye and -1 in another. I have purchased the glasses for the same. I want to know Do I need to wear the glasses throughout a day? Can my eyesight get back to normal i.e 6/6 vision if I do exercise? Please do help me with the same.
