I recently had a wisdom tooth removal surgery. A few days later, I accidentally pulled the dissolving sutures out of it and the hole tore back open. It?s been painful on that side of my face and jaw. I tried to put a canker sore cover on the opening and an hour or so later I started to get vertigo and light-headedness. I took off the canker cover and there is an almost gum-colored flap covering the hole that was slightly mushy. I then got nauseous, had a rapid heartbeat, and felt like passing out. My tonsils are now very swollen and bumpy. Should I just make an appointment with my dentist or is this dangerous?
